Unfortunately, I can not recommend a used vehicle here. I reached out on 02/12/26 and inquired about a used 2024 Lincoln Navigator. I live in MI and had inquired with major brands that only sell online as well as other out of state dealers in OH, FL, KY and IN. I was sent a video, was told other than a couple small scratches (circled from a screenshot of the video) it was clean and they service all their vehicles. I was aware it had been in a minor accident with no significant damage. That didn't bother me since I was driving a used Expedition Limited that had the same report when I bought it in 2023. Upon arrival of the Navigator, I saw many more blemishes than the couple noted upon sale. A missince accent on the passenger mirror, chip in the windshield, all 4 wheels scratched and various areas of the body with scratches along with cracks in the front bumper. I should note I was not made aware there was only one key fob too. About 10 days after it was delivered, the front brake/collision sensor failed. I thought it was due to snow and ice. Upon cleaning it (touchless car wash only), the sensor still had an issue. I called my dealer that had previously serviced 6 Ford vehicles for me and their review said it was failing due to the accident and would be $1900 to replace & reprogram. At that time I dug in a bit and saw it is possible to reprogram and it'll fix the sensor temporarily. I reached out to the GM of this store and within minutes his sales GM called me. There were some initial back and forth emails as to the appropriate people being out of office, sick leave, etc. and I followed up once more last week with both GMs and much more detail. I never heard back this time around. I think the sales rep (RJ) was a bit overzealous to sell a car and didn't really know much about it, took one video of the vehicle and overlooked all the problems I included in photos. I also believe the dealership did what it needed after taking the vehicle in from auction in November 2025 so it would pass any road tests and best of luck to the new owner. Had I had the opportunity to view the vehicle in person I would've been able to see all the scratches, broken or peeling pieces, and all 4 wheels being damaged. I probably would've passed but I can't say for sure in hindsight. However, a road test wouldn't have spotted this sensor issue. I have no way to prove it but I truly believe this was an intentional short term fix. If I were to fix this safety issue that prevents collisions and allows for cruise control (it's equipped with Blue Cruise ability that I paid $399 with the sale too) as well as the bumper, 4 wheels and windshield I'd be north of $6000-7000 in unexpected repairs all while still overlooking a handful of other scratches on the body & hood since it is a used black vehicle after all and they will show basic wear after 58,000 miles. I was hopeful there would be some solution for the sensor and I'd go on my merry way as well as provide a much better review. Communication has totally stopped from the dealer about the primary concern and notification that many other things were overlooked at the time I asked for a dealer's inspection & information on the vehicle.

Over the six years I owned my car, the one bright spot over those years was the outstanding service I received from Mr. Judson White, my service manager, of the Scottsdale Courtesy Volvo dealership. He always kept me up-to-date on any services I received and when possible, got me a loner car. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made each experience easy and comfortable. I bought my car at CourtesyVolvo a few weeks ago. Courtesy had a great selection and the purchase process with Calvyn was easy. This is the third car I've bought from the Courtesy family of dealerships. It is my first Volvo. I purchased an extended warranty in the car as I was the second owner. The car has been a home run. The service department is excellent. I am provided a LYFT ride after dropping off the car and then again to pick it up. I drop it off first thing, and it's always been ready by noon. They update me via text as the service visit transpires. The staff are thorough, professional and I have gotten my car back by noon on every occasion. They call if there is any needed work above and beyond the warranty. I can't imagine them doing things any better. In a year or two when I'm ready to get a newer car I will be purchasing it here.

I brought my vehicle into the service department to resolve a repair. There was a misunderstanding about the he charges and had to speak to the service manager( David), and the General manager (Jeremy). Both Were very professional and helped to resolve my concerns. This dealership provided me with awesome service today.

Just bought a 2024 Volvo S60 this month and have been receiving check engine light codes already... not something you want to see with a new car! Courtesy Volvo got me in for an appointment same day and was able to replace the sensors as well as detailing/giving the car an oil change. The service was impeccably friendly. I'm very impressed!

Ventura Rangle was fantastic from the word go, getting my car looked at straight away and sending me your Tech's video to explain the situation. Bad news, piece of spark plug had disintegrated into a cylinder, ruining the engine. This was the first time you guys saw the car. I wish I'd brought it to you for maintenance earlier. Anyway, Ventura continued to be super helpful all the way up to my being able to get the car off your lot. I won't hesitate to shop with you guys or bring a car in for service in the future. We were lied to by three different sales and sales managers when shopping for a Volvo XC60. We were looking for a feature and asked Ricky (who was new) to verify with the manager if this feature exists. He came back after talking to his boss and said yes. We found out later that this fearture doe not exists. There's was no need to lie to a customer. If the vehicle doesnt have a feature dont lie about it. We were working with Ricky and called to make another appointment with him. We were told he would be in the afternoon. But then got confirmation that we had an appointment with someone else. We also go emails from other sales reps. We thought this was suspicious. So we called back to make sure we would have an appointment with Ricky. They said yes. When we got to the dealership and asked for Ricky the receptionist said that Ricky was no longer there. Calvyn Clatanoff approached us and said he would help us and re affirmed that Ricky was no longer there. So I said that it looks like Courtesy Volvo has lied to us three this about Ricky. It's none of our business if Ricky is there or not but they didn't have to lie about it. I don't feel comfortable working with anyone at this dealership after this. Go somewhere else.

He claims that he was unaware of the situation and had not received my previous emails or voicemails. After some reflection, I've concluded that he is likely telling the truth. Tim and I have agreed to a solution that is fair to both sides, and I have updated my review accordingly. This incident aside, my experience with Courtesy Volvo Cars of Scottsdale was very favorable and I would consider buying from them again in the future. Original Review (2-stars): No Service after Sale. I really hate to do this, but hopefully it will help someone. We had a great experience at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale right up to point where we paid cash and drove the vehicle off the lot. After that, everything changed. When we got the vehicle home, we noticed a problem with the driver's side mirror. I don't know if it was broken all along or if it happened in the interim between inspecting the car and driving it home. I acknowledge both scenarios are possible. I not implying blame, but I wanted to discuss my options. I reached out by phone, text and email to the salesperson Brenna Kennedy and the Sales Manager Tim Raspiller. Neither Brenna nor Tim ever acknowledged any of attempts to communicate. Regardless of what happened to the mirror, I expect a reputable dealer to at least communicate with me after the sale. Instead, Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale ghosted me. I'm stunned by this behavior and would have a hard time doing business with them in the future.

Poor knowledge, don't like to put things in writing, they don't acknowledge their own mistakes. I have had problems with them since January 2023; so far they have been unable or unwilling to fix it. I'm hoping that by me posting my complaints, they will fix the problem

I took the car into the service department without an appointment. I live in Colorado and there is no Volvo Dealer close to Durango and so while I was here, I thought I would see if they would be able to service my car. They had an opening and got my car serviced for its 10,000 mile maintenance in about one and one-half hours. I recently bought an S60 2019. Certified pre-owned with extended warranty. I have my own autoshop that takes care of my cars. I had a low wiper fluid level warning, so I filled it up with a full bottle. A week later, the same warning recurred. I took it into my usual place, and they noted the fluid level was low. Because the car is under warranty, I was advised to go to a dealership. I went this one. They ran diagnostics for a full day and reported to me that there was brake fluid in the wiper fluid. Everything needed to be replaced and would cost over 2K with no warranty coverage because this was a result of misuse. I sought a second opinion, and the problem was simply a disconnected line with no other issues. I went back to Volvo. I asked for a video, and Jud said he 'sent me the video multiple times' but could not reproduce it when I was there. I met with the Service Manager to explain to him that there was something extremely unprofessional going on in his shop. He got defensive rather than concerned. I gave him my card and asked him to let me know what his investigation finds. It has been two weeks without feedback. I found out there are places where a perfectly easy fix is often made into a full-blown replacement. The trick by the shop is to make sure that the issue is not covered by warranty. Why? Because warranty parts are tested to ensure there was jndeed a defect. If there is no warranty, the customer is charged out if pocket and the removed parts can then be resold outside the shop. I'm not sure if this is what transpired. But it is certained walking and talking like it. My recommendation is to go to a different dealership. Also, they told me they have no loaners, but it seems that they do. It is very unprofessional to blatantly lie to a customer.

Very impressed with the way we’re treated! We called because the dealer where we bought our car (Volvo of Gilbert) refused to examine our new car for three weeks, despite a safety issue after 3 months of use. Courtesy took us immediately. Very pleasant & had our car fixed within an hour. We’ll be driving the distance to here, for all future service needs.

Jud in the service department is the most knowledgeable and fun service guy I’ve ever met. I got a new XC90 and he helped me with my dog gate and having my Polestar installed. Communication was top notch and the installation was quick! Wish he were my service guy back home.

Dealerships are all the same and play the same games. Just when you hope you found a place that may be different. They pulled the same stuff. This isn't a comment on the people. The people were fine and kind. It's really just an issue of the sales tactics dealerships employ that are dishonest and not in good faith negotiation. Luckily as a consumer I get to choose where I spend my money and I'm happy to say I found a Volvo at another dealership who didn't play games. Chris at service desk was great. Work done quickly (routine maintenance). But technicien changed center display and display above radio AND DID NOT RETURN TO ORIGINAL DISPLAY! I am having difficulty resetting to original. These things are not intuitive. I like my Volvo. Not crazy about this dealership. In past I experienced disrespectful service people. As in Hi sweetie!
