Just bought a 2024 Volvo S60 this month and have been receiving check engine light codes already... not something you want to see with a new car! Courtesy Volvo got me in for an appointment same day and was able to replace the sensors as well as detailing/giving the car an oil change. The service was impeccably friendly. I'm very impressed!
The dash and dummy lights on my 2017 S90 went crazy about ten days ago so I had the car towed to your place. Ventura Rangle was fantastic from the word go, getting my car looked at straight away and sending me your Tech's video to explain the situation. I have been doing business with Jud White since 1993 and he continues to be the rockstar of service for Volvos. Service is done efficiently and professionally. I am sure the technicians that work with him feel the same way.
You don't seem to value your customer's time. We spend way too much time doing nothing. Other than that, it was fine.
Be sure to have any paperwork done by the finance department printed out for your review because what you see on a pad or computer to sign may not represent your verbal agreement. The Sales Manager at this dealership corrected an issue quickly once I brought it to her attention and I am very happy it was resolved.

Volvo of Scottsdale is the BEST!! Judd in service is amazing! He cares about each customer!! Recently at 5 on a Thursday night my air conditioner went out with 100 degree heat -I called Volvo immediately and Judd said bring the car in tomorrow at 7am and I will have a loaner for you! WOW!!! Service rep Terry Dobbins was super pleasant and kept me regularly updated while my car spent 10 days in Courtesy’s service department. He took my concerns seriously, and he even let me swap loaners when I mentioned how much I missed my car. I’ve never experienced such a high level of service at a Volvo dealer!

Not a happy customer and I have been buying Volvo cars for the past 25 years! My car had less than 7800 miles on it and took it in for its first maintence appointment. The Pirelli tires that came with the car were shredding! When I talked to Volvo to share the tires are clearly defected their response was yes we are aware that Pirelli had a bad batch of tires but you didn't buy the tire warranty so we cannot help you! I look at this as a warranty problem and if Volvo knew they should have worked a deal ...

Didn't purchase a Volvo but purchased a used BMW from them. Love the vehicle. Did a trade and everyone was very nice. Martin was my sales person. Not pushy at all. He was very nice. Really tried to work with the numbers I wanted. The next day I brought it back in because the tire light was on and Rick from service was so nice. Took the BMW right in and checked all four tires. Would have given 5 stars if the finance department returned my call. I left a message that my insurance company needed some info from them ...
